This award celebrates outstanding recruitment campaigns that successfully attract and engage senior leaders through innovative, targeted, and impactful strategies.
North Yorkshire Council was recognised for its creative and data-driven approach to recruiting for a senior specialist position. The campaign combined targeted digital advertising, social media outreach, and a compelling online presence to reach over 6,500 people, generating nearly 3,000 page views and over 1,500 unique visitors to the campaign site.

By offering tailored, high-quality HR support to schools, academies, and early years providers, the team demonstrated how public sector HR can evolve to meet the needs of a changing education landscape—while maintaining a 99% retention rate among maintained schools.
