Hours: 35 hours a week - Term Time Only (TTO) + 10 days

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Knayton CofE Primary Academy for an Administrative Assistant. Job purpose:

  • Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial duties.
  • Administer basic first aid to children and completing the necessary documentation.
  • Undertake reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for the academy, dealing with emails, phone calls and visitors.
  • Monitor stock levels and ordering equipment as necessary.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you come into contact with.
