Make a difference every lunchtime!

We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly team at Hemingbrough Community Primary School. This is a rewarding role where you will help to ensure that all pupils have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience.

About the Role You will:

• Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and school grounds
• Support children in developing positive play and social skills
• Encourage good behaviour in line with the school’s values/policies
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils
• Attend to minor first aid and welfare needs (training provided if required)
• Work as part of a supportive staff team

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children
• Is calm, positive and approachable
• Can build strong relationships with pupils
• Is reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
