About Us
Brompton Hall School is based within private grounds in the pretty village of Brompton-by-Sawdon and is a Special Education School for pupils aged between 8 and 16 years, who have an Education, Health and Care Plan.

Our Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Class Teacher, in our specialised SEMH school working with pupils aged between 8-16 yrs who have a range of needs and barriers to learning. Our school classes are organised into lower school (Y3-7), and upper school (Y8-11). You may be mostly based in upper school but may need to teach in lower school as required.
As a class teacher you will cover a range of subjects, you will be given support with the planning and curriculum through the Trust School Improvement Team. This extra level of support is ideal for secondary school teachers who wish to transition to a SEND career and may not be experienced in multi subject teaching.
This rewarding role requires a patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, as you will be tasked with finding innovative ways to engage and support each child's individual learning journey.
