Pay: Grade 5 £21,888 - £23,811 per annum after pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Term time only (40 weeks a year)

We are seeking to appoint an assistant behaviour lead with experience of working with children and young people, and with a range of expertise and knowledge in supporting children and young people with SEND who will be based at Brompton Hall School.
Brompton Hall School is based within private grounds in the pretty village of Brompton-by-Sawdon and is a Special Education School for pupils aged between 8 and 16 years, who have an Education, Health and Care Plan.
Our Opportunity
You will be joining our Behaviour Team to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and improving their educational experience. The core focus of this role will be supporting small groups of pupils, getting to know their needs and how best to manage and encourage their learning. You will use your pupil knowledge to advise teaching staff on how to get the most of each pupil, adapting activities to meet their individual needs. You will monitor pupil progress and follow support strategies designed to encourage pupil development and wellbeing.
