Could you help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive at the start and end of their school day?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable Play & Enrichment Leader to lead our wrap-around care provision.

Carleton Endowed Church of England Primary School is located in the beautiful village of Carleton, a short drive from the bustling market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales.

We are a happy and aspirational village primary school providing education for children aged 4-11.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who has experience leading or assisting activities for children aged 4–11.
  • Brings energy, imagination, and a genuine passion for enrichment and play-based care.
  • Someone who holds or is willing to complete relevant First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications.
  • Someone Works exceptionally well as part of a dedicated primary school team.
  • A commitment to promoting and modelling our school vision with a desire to ensure all children flourish
  • An energy to engage and motivate all children
  • A positive, flexible and creative attitude
  • An ability to think beyond their own role and see the bigger picture for our school
  • A warm and caring disposition
  • Enthusiasm to lead subject areas
