Midday Supervisory Assistant

Salary: £12.65 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 6.25 per week, term time only
Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire


We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and reliable person to join Seamer and Irton Community Primary School as a Midday Supervisor.

Duties include working indoors and outdoors supervising children to ensure their safety, supervising the playground area, playing fields, cloakrooms and classrooms etc during the lunchtime break.

They also include cleaning and clearing of tables, assisting with the removal of food and equipment once pupils have eaten their lunch. The successful candidate should have the ability to deal with minor first aid incidents; following appropriate procedures for recording and reporting and be able to assist in the implementation of appropriate behaviour management strategies as required.

The post is an established contract for 6.25 hours per week, term time only, working Monday to Friday from 12pm to 1.15pm.
