Help for Adult Social Care Employers – Sponsoring Workers
We aim to support employers in Adult Social Care to be good ethical sponsors and ease some of the complexity and apprehension regarding being a sponsor of international workers.
The Yorkshire and Humber international recruitment hub provide employers in the region with:

- Access to training and support to help employers understand, further develop and keep up to date with being a sponsor of migrant workers
- Publish events regarding international recruitment
- Sign post useful information and updates
We work with regional local authority partners to deliver;
- Recruitment fairs and matching activity aimed to help workers whose employers sponsor licence has been revoked find a new sponsor
- Provide self-assessment tools and complete mock inspections to help providers prepare for and have a successful Home Office Sponsorship licence inspection.
