Help and support from customer services is available, in person, Monday to Friday untill 5pm. Drop of completed forms and applications for: hosuing benefits, council tax support, a council home, parking permits, a blue badge, planning permissionor an emtertainment licence. Council tenants can also report hosuing repairs in person. Facilities to buy a RADAR key are available. Can also report anti-social behaviour. The nearest bus stops are outside of the main entrance and there is a public car park with two disbaled parking bays at the rear of the building.
