Description
Support focuses on hosing needs and works to create a plan for service users who are at risk of becoming homeless to maintain their housing. Support is available for those aged 16 or over, have connection or live in the Wakefiled area and have recourse to public funds such as Universal Credit or Hosing Benefit. Further support is avaliable in areas such as employment, training and education and socail networks.
