SOAR

Employment support is available for anyone aged 18 or over, anyone who has been made redundant, returning to work after a carrer break, registered as economically inactive or anyone who is on the mandatory work programme. Employmant coaches can offer support to anyone who is elligable and can offer support with skills such as CV writing, finding suitable training courses and support with job applications. SOAR offer drop-in sessions for employmant suppoer, more information with times and locations of these can be found on the website. SOAR also offer mental health and wellbieng support . This includes independent support and guidance realting to a wide range of matters such as housing, families and parenting or any issues affecting independence and quality of life through goal setting and an agreed support plan.
