Drop of completed forms and applications for: hosuing benefits, council tax support, a council home, parking permits, a blue badge, planning permissionor an emtertainment licence. Council tenants can also report hosuing repairs in person. Facilities to buy a RADAR key are available. Can also report anti-social behaviour. Computers are also available to use, for free, for up to two hours and can be used to search and apply for jobs, education or training or to find other support. There is a free car park and additional parking available on the street, however street parking is limited to two hours. Otley Bus Station is 100m from the main entrance, across the road from the Post Office.
