In person support from customer services is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 5pm. Free computer access for up to two hours with the ability to access MS Office and the internet to search and apply for jobs or training courses as well as write a CV or cover letter. Drop of completed forms and applications for: hosuing benefits, council tax support, a council home, parking permits, a blue badge, planning permissionor an emtertainment licence. Council tenants can also report hosuing repairs in person. Facilities to buy a RADAR key are available. Can also report anti-social behaviour. Free parking is available however there are no designated disabled bays in the car park. Additionally, there is a bus stop that is a two minute walk away on Church Street.
